Returns and Exchanges for RockResist Products

Overview

We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not
completely satisfied with your RockResist product, our return policy is designed to make
the process simple and convenient.

Eligibility for Returns

  1. RockResist products may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase
    date.
  2. To qualify for a return, products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original
    packaging with all tags attached if applicable.
  3. Products that show signs of use, damage, or have been altered in any way are
    not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping
costs. Otherwise, customers are responsible for shipping fees associated with returning
products.

  1. Contact our customer service team at customer.support@rockresist.com to
    initiate your return. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the
    product back to us.
  3. After we receive and inspect the returned products, we will issue a refund to your
    original payment method or process an exchange, as requested.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

  1. Clearance or final sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  2. Promotional offers, i.e. discounted products, free shipping, bonus offers.
