Refund policy

Return Rules for Standard Purchases 

• Time limit: Send items back within 7 days of your delivery date. 

• Condition: Socks and apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. 

• Tags: All clothing tags must still be securely attached to the apparel. • Shipping fee: Customers must pay all shipping fees to send standard items back. 

• Exclusions: Sale items, worn items, washed items, and final sale merchandise  cannot be returned.  

Items Damaged in Shipment 

• Carrier claim: File an insurance claim directly on the official USPS Claims Page. 

• Evidence: Keep all damaged packaging and items to present to the carrier during  inspection. 

• Tracking: Use your original 13-digit tracking number to initiate the process online. 

How to Start a Return 

• Support step: Email customer.support@rockresist.com to request the return  address for standard items. 

• Mailing step: Purchase a shipping label via your preferred carrier to mail standard  returns. 

• Processing time: Refunds take 3 to 5 business days to hit your account after arrival.
