A patented polyurethane debris barrier creates a physical shield that prevents dirt, sand, gravel, and trail debris from entering the shoe while also reducing friction at the heel collar—one of the primary causes of blisters.
A two-configuration design allows the sock to adapt to terrain conditions. Wear the barrier apron up for heavier debris environments such as gravel trails and loose terrain. Tuck the barrier down inside the sock for a low-profile, no-show appearance during lighter debris conditions while still maintaining debris protection and added material to reduce heel friction.
